Surface Preparation
The area to be applied must be dustless, clean and flat. The surface should be cleaned from the obstacles that weaken the adhesion. The areas needs repairing should be repaired one day before with Kepez Plaster. If the surface temperature is above 20 degrees, the surface should be absolutely moistened.
Mixing
The indicated amount of water is filled in a clean container. The tray is opened and slowly added to the water and mixed with 400-600 rpm / min for 3-4 minutes until it is homogeneous. After 3 minutes break, mix again for 1 minute and prepare for use.
Mixture ratio
1 kg of Pak-turf Tile and Ceramic Adhesive is 270 g of water mixture thickness of 1.60 kg / liter.
Application Procedure
With the straight side of the trowel is applied to the surface thickness, and the mixture is applied with notched side of the trowel in the same form and immediately prepare for the adhesive work. It is recommended to lay a 1mm thick Pak-Turf Tile and Ceramic Adhesive by the straight side of the trowel to the adhesive side of materials (tile, ceramic tile, etc.) with a width of 15 cm and thickness of more than 6 mm. It is important to apply this method, especially in places where temperatures are high. By this type of application the adhesive side of the material to be used will be closed by the mixture completely.

Consumption
Depending on the trowel to be used, it can range from 3.5 to 6 kg / m2
Storage duration
It is 12 months since the date of manufacture in the proper storage conditions. Opened sacks should be stored and used within 7 days as a sealed condition.
