Kepez Machine Plaster
Gypsum-based construction material which is applied by special automatic equipment (aggregate, machine) on the surfaces such as brick, cubic stone, concrete, plaster panel, gas concrete, briquette, etc.
Kepez Machine Plaster is applied on direct-twisted wall or ceiling (that is the surface not plastered with sand cement mixture) (it is possible to apply the Kepez Machine Plaster on a wall or ceiling plastered with ordinary sand cement, but it is not advisable to apply on it, because sand cement plaster is harmful to health and repair costs are high).
“Main profils” are placed on the surface to be plastered. Where necessary, special “corner profiles” placed in the corners of the wall in order to properly and accurately corners, the lack of breaking the corners of the wall. If the surface is as smooth as concrete mold, then it is necessary to make the surface rough.
They should be protected from corrosion by antipas solution prior to plastering the Machine Plaster Primer onto the metal surfaces.
The location and surface of the workplace should be minimum + 5 ° C, maximum +40 ° C.
To prepare the “Kepez Machine Plaster” it is enough to mix it with pure water. There is no need for additional additives and chemical additives.

Preparation and usage rules
The Kepez Machine Plaster is added to the machine bunker and the continuous flow of water is added to the machine, the mixing ratio of water and Kepez Machine Plaster is included in the machine program and water is automatically mixed with Kepez Machine Plaster in homogeneous (similar) form after the machine is switched on.
Ready machine plaster is sprayed through spray gun with the help of air compressor on the machine, not less than 10 mm on the surface (depending on the surface type, the amount of use of the machine plaster may vary) ready for repair (between the installed anoprophils). Sprayed plaster to the surface is spread with a special aluminum profile tool and the excess part of the mixture is removed. If the plaster pressed by the finger and does not contaminate the finger, then the surface may be smooth with the trowel.
Approximately an hour later, the surface is slightly moistened with a trifil (sponge-like soft tool) and the fine plaster that comes to the surface after about 10-15 minutes (If the plaster pressed by the finger and does not contaminate the finger) is made of metal trowel to achieve a flawless and glossy surface.
If the thickness of plastering should be less than 3 cm, then the machine plaster is applied one layer. If the plaster should be more than 3 cm in thickness and need to be doubled, then the second layer should be applied approximately 2 hours after the first layer (If the plaster pressed by the finger and does not contaminate the finger) (Machine plaster applied with a thickness of more than 3 cm, because it creates weight by thickening the surface, may be slightly roughness, for this reason the second layer may be needed)
